Isabelle Elja (M.Sc. Clinical Psychology; e-RYT 500 Yoga instructor) is a registered psychologist with over a decade of experience teaching mindfulness, meditation, and trauma-informed practices. Combining modern, evidence-based psychology with ancient wisdom, she helps individuals cultivate inner calm and resilience. Specializing in anxiety, stress, and burnout, Isabelle is passionate about guiding people toward emotional balance and well-being.
