What a great course! Thank you for the in-depth theory together with the practical practices offered. I was deeply interested in the course and enjoyed it. Thank you again. I would be interested in a longer course as well. Maybe with aims such as building deeper practice.

This course is excellent. I have listened and taken notes but will continue to listen and ponder and make my own notes. I have explored anxiety and assertiveness before but Isabelle says things so clearly and compassionately that it is far better than others I have heard or read.
