Tight hamstrings reduce mobility, causing a pulling sensation in the back of the thighs and restricted range of motion, such as difficulty touching toes. They pull on the pelvis, frequently leading to lower back pain, knee discomfort, and potential sciatica. In this program, we will start with a short hamstring mobility sequence to get things warmed up, followed by a longer stretching session. The combination of movement and stretching should work wonders on your tight hamstrings!

Abby Turner is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She specializes in making yoga possible for all bodies. Abby believes that everyone, regardless of age, body type, or ability, can benefit from yoga. Abby has been teaching yoga since 2013 and has taught over 3,500 hours of classes and private yoga instruction all over the world.
