Meet your Teacher

Abby Turner is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She specializes in making yoga possible for all bodies. Abby believes that everyone, regardless of age, body type, or ability, can benefit from yoga. Abby has been teaching yoga since 2013 and has taught over 3,500 hours of classes and private yoga instruction all over the world. Her students know that she is focused on how to relieve pain, teach modifications, and adapt yoga to each body.

This yoga sequence will open and stretch your hips and release pent-up emotional strain.  Learn how to lose your creativity and get fluid with your movements. The sacral chakra is connected to the water element. Wear orange to match the color energy!

Solar Chakra Balancing

Feel the power, feel the fire!  Get balanced in your Solar Plexus Chakra.  This sequence will heat you up, stimulate your abdominals, and aid in better digestion. Wear yellow to match the Solar Plexus Chakra energy.

Foundational Chakra Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga with a chakra focus- what could get better? Get rooted, get flowing, feel powerful, with yin yoga stretches and movement. The Root, Sacrum, and Solar Plexus Chakras will be balanced and stimulated. Bring your yoga pillow, yoga blocks, and yoga strap for maximum satisfaction on the mat!
