Meet your Teacher

Clare is passionate about helping parents create calm, resilient, and emotionally connected families. With two grown children, Clare reflects on her parenting journey with gratitude for the clear boundaries she set, which helped her children thrive. However, she acknowledges there are things she would do differently, like giving her children more permission to fully experience their emotions. Through her unique Thriving Parent approach, Clare offers parents insights on setting compassionate boundaries, fostering emotional resilience, and navigating the challenges of modern parenting. She teaches how to nurture a child’s natural wisdom while protecting their emotional and mental well-being. Clare draws from her own parenting experience, combined with non-dual teachings, to guide parents toward greater balance, confidence, and authentic connection with their children. Parents who work with Clare feel more grounded and empowered in their parenting decisions. They learn to let go of stress and overthinking, trusting their instincts and creating emotionally safe spaces where their children can grow and thrive. By focusing on mindful, intentional parenting, Clare helps families move from feeling overwhelmed to thriving, with a sense of calm and connection that benefits both parent and child.

It had great content! Podcast style, which is a very different format from the many Insight Timer courses I've taken so far, with practical tools in each session. I would have liked to have those here, too. The last session summarized the key takeaways, very helpful! I'm grateful for this course 🙏 ✨️🦋
