This course is based on Bryony's coaching principle of Awareness - Choice - Power. She will take you through slowing down to check in with yourself so that you gain more awareness of what and where you feel emotions, how you get to choices about responding (leading yourself wisely) instead of reacting (letting your emotions lead you), what might guide the decisions you make from there, and what it means to take the lead of your emotions. By working in this way, you will find space to choose; empowering yourself to grow and show up in the way that you want to in life.
