Join me as we explore balancing, energizing, and cooling breathing techniques and understand when and how to practice them. Some of them help to boost metabolism and release toxins, others to release anxiety, stress and to direct your awareness inwards. At the end of this course, you will be equipped with all the necessary tools, so you can step surely and safely into your pranayama self-practice.
