In this 10-day course, we will work gradually on reconnecting with our breath and you will get to know the nine different pranayama techniques. Breath is deeply connected to our emotions, state of mind, and physical bodies. When our breathing is balanced it can positively influence all different aspects of our well-being.  Join me as we explore balancing, energizing, and cooling breathing techniques and understand when and how to practice them. Some of them help to boost metabolism and release toxins, others to release anxiety, stress and to direct your awareness inwards. At the end of this course, you will be equipped with all the necessary tools, so you can step surely and safely into your pranayama self-practice.


Meet your Teacher

Ewelina is a traveling Yoga and Meditation teacher, self-development coach and holistic healing practitioner. During her world travels, she has immersed herself in the science of Yoga, Ayurveda and different healing methods. She has thought a variety of courses, retreats, and Yoga Teacher Trainings. In her coaching, she supports others on their way towards balance and fulfilment. Her holistic approach encapsulates all-important life areas such as health, emotions, relationships and career.
