Hi,

It's Avelina here.

Welcome to this gratitude meditation.

I'm inviting you to sit upright,

In any comfortable for your position,

Just ensure that your spine is really straight and your body is comfortable and relaxed.

You will be breathing all the time slowly and deeply through the nose.

Every inhalation is expansion of your belly and your chest filling up yourself fully with the air.

And each exhalation is a complete release,

Complete let go of any tensions and any stagnant energy.

So let's begin by a couple of long deep breaths.

Losing your eyes and just noticing how you're feeling,

How is your breath right now.

Noticing your emotions,

Noticing your physical body,

Noticing level of your energy today,

Right now.

And now allowing your breath to become longer and deeper.

So let's inhale together for count of three,

Two,

One.

All the belly is full of the air and now exhale for count of three,

Two,

One.

Inhale for count of three,

Two,

One.

And exhale completely for count of three,

Two,

One.

One last time,

Long deep inhale expanding your belly,

Ribs and chest.

And calm exhale allowing your chest,

Ribs and belly to come back in.

Staying present with your calm and deep breath with your own rhythm.

Trying to equalize your inhalation together with your exhalation and keep them calm and steady.

I'm inviting you to bring your full awareness to every small and every big detail in your life which you can feel grateful for,

Which are worth of your appreciation.

Let's begin by reminding to ourselves all the small things which are at the end very big and which we might take for granted in our daily life.

Like your strong and healthy body,

As healthy as it is in the right now,

Which allows you to do everything what you are able to do.

Grateful for all the things like our senses,

Ability to see,

To hear,

To feel,

Ability to move,

To walk,

Ability to experience life in the way we are experiencing it right now.

All of those beautiful blessings which we might forget to appreciate in our daily life.

Let's fill up ourselves with the gratitude for the place where we are,

Where we live,

For the safe space which might be your home,

Your room or in some place in the nature or your country in general.

Just filling up yourself with the gratitude for your place.

Gratitude for all the experiences in your life,

All the beautiful and joyful moments which made you feel love,

Feel peace,

Feel joy and gratitude.

And also the challenging moments which you might experience pain or difficulties,

However which made you grow.

All of those experiences which made you stronger,

Wiser,

More rich on the inside.

Long deep inhale and steady exhale all the way out.

Feeling gratitude for all the people in your life.

Just think about everyone who is close to your heart,

Maybe your family,

Your friends,

People who are in your surroundings.

Think about everyone who you care about,

Who you love,

Who you wish well to.

Imagine everyone who loves you,

Who cares about you,

Who wishes well to you.

Send the gratitude for all the people who you are just meeting maybe for a little moment in your life,

Not with who you are exchanging,

Giving something to or receiving something.

Think about all the people who gave you a lesson in your life.

Might be challenging lesson,

Might be beautiful and loving lesson,

But the end everything what made you grow.

Long deep inhale and complete exhale.

Now let's fill up ourselves with the gratitude for all the possibilities which we have in our lives.

It depends only on you how wide you will open your heart,

How wide you will open your mind for the life.

Life which is so beautiful and which offers us never ending possibilities and experiences.

Depends only on us if we will move forward or even remove the borders of fear and step into being our true,

Real,

Authentic self where we can fully embrace who we are and where we can enjoy every moment of life with the fully open hearts,

With the fully open minds.

Long deep inhale,

Complete exhale.

I'm inviting you to think of some small thing which you can do today for someone without expecting anything in return.

Just to make someone feel good,

Feel well,

To bring smile to someone's face.

It might be through offering your time,

Your attention,

Your care.

It might be through offering a gift wherever you think.

It could bring a little bit of joy to someone's life.

Long deep inhale and complete exhale.

Bringing awareness to the center of your heart.

Feeling the gratitude and love which is a natural state of your heart.

Slightly expanding,

Growing stronger and bigger in the power.

And visualize one person in front of you who you want to share that gratitude and that love from your heart towards.

Just send it from yourself to that one person.

Long deep inhale and complete exhale.

And now come back with the awareness to the center of your heart,

To that space of gratitude and love.

And again visualize it expanding,

Becoming stronger and bigger.

And just spreading all over you and all around you.

Long deep inhale and complete exhale.

Coming back with the awareness one more time to the center of your heart.

Feeling that gratitude and love in you for the whole day.

Remember that this space is always there for you.

Remember how you want to go through your day with the feelings of tranquility,

Of gratitude,

Of love.

Anytime stressful moment would come.

There is always this space of gratitude and love which is right there in your heart.

Now bringing a gentle smile to your face.

Feeling ready for a good day.

Take just last one deep inhale,

Expanding your belly and your chest fully.

And exhale completely,

Letting go.

Slowly begin opening your eyes.
