This course is designed to help you on your emotional healing journey. During these 10 days, you will face your unexpressed emotions, past traumas, and limiting beliefs in order to open up, accept and release things that are blocking you from living your life, freely and fully. We will be using the practice of Himalayan Kriya Yoga, deep emotional awareness, and silent meditation. Himalayan Kriya is a powerful practice where we work with intense breathing, stimulation of specific areas of the body, and an intention of openly facing our emotions, pains, and fears in order to find healing. We combine it with journaling practices where we take time to look into our deeply hidden emotions and ask ourselves questions in the search for understanding, acceptance, and release. Lastly, we take time to be in silent stillness. Quieting the mind makes us go deep within, and get closer to clarity and peace. I’m inviting you to join me, with your open heart and mind.


Meet your Teacher

Ewelina Zablocka is a traveling yoga and meditation teacher, self-development coach, and holistic healing practitioner. During her world travels, she has immersed herself in the science of yoga, Ayurveda, and different healing methods. She has thought a variety of courses, retreats, and Yoga Teacher Trainings. In her coaching, Ewelina supports others on their way towards balance and fulfilment. Her holistic approach encapsulates all-important life areas such as health, emotions, relationships, and career.

Lesson 1

Let's Begin...

In this first session, I will introduce you to the practice of Himalayan Kriya Yoga. We will go through a short practice, a moment of silent stillness, and we will finish the session with a journaling exercise. Please have a designated notebook for your journaling. Take time to write down your honest and open thoughts on each of the questions below. This is an important part of the course, so please do it as thoroughly as you can. 1) In which aspects of your emotional life do you feel blockage? 2) What do you need to work on to improve your overall life fulfillment? 3) What kind of person would you be if your emotional life would be fully balanced? 4) What do you truly want? What are you afraid of? What do you struggle with?

Lesson 2

Grounded - Safety & Stability

In this session, we will focus on the emotions connected with the Mooladhara chakra. Let’s have a look at feeling supported, safe, and financially secure. This session also includes Himalayan Kriya for the root chakra, as well as a meditation, and some journaling. Take time to write down in your notebook your honest and open thoughts on each of the below questions. Today's journaling focus: emotions associated with the root chakra. 1) Do you generally feel: a) safe b) secured in a material way? Why? 2) Do you feel you belong to your place/people/life circumstances? Do you feel grounded and supported? 3) If you feel that a blockage is present, what triggers it? a) past events b) current circumstances 4) What lesson can you take out of being aware of your blockages? Flow - Self-Acceptance, Creativity & Joy

In this session, we will focus on the emotions connected with the Svadishtana chakra. Let’s have a look at blockages such as guilt, shame, as well as addiction, and attachment. This session also includes Himalayan Kriya for the sacral chakra, a meditation, and journaling. Today's journaling focus: emotions associated with the sacral chakra. 1) Do you: a) accept yourself b) accept your sexuality c) freely express your creativity 2) Do you: a) allow yourself to experience pleasure in life b) keep seeking pleasure 3) If you feel that a blockage is present, what triggers it? a) past events b) current circumstances 4) What lesson can you take out of your blockages? Inner Fire - Strength, Confidence & The Ability To Manifest

In this session, we will focus on the emotions connected with the Manipura chakra. Let’s have a look at lack of self-confidence and ability to take action as well as overwhelming anger and will to control everything around you. This session also includes Himalayan Kriya for the solar plexus chakra, a meditation, and journaling. Unconditional Love - Open & Fearless Heart

In this session, we will focus on the emotions connected with the Anahata chakra. Let’s have a look at the balance of giving and receiving, healing fear, and expectations. This session also includes Himalayan Kriya for the heart chakra, a meditation, and journaling. Communication - Authenticity, Truth & Developing A Powerful Voice

In this session, we will focus on the emotions connected with the Visuddhi chakra. Let’s have a look at speaking up your truth, as well as having authentic, clear, and opening two sides of communication. Deep Purification

Today, let’s dive deep into the practice. In this session, we explore the Himalayan Kriya for the seven energy centres, as well as a meditation, and journaling. Which exact actions make you feel this way? 2) What emotions do you not want to experience daily? Which exact actions make you feel this way? 3) What do you want to release? 4) With all your current wisdom, how can you use your challenging past experiences as a gift today?

Tying It All Up

Congratulations on making it to your final session! Today, we will wrap up all that we have learned and set up an intention to focus your awareness in the area where, at this time of your life, you need the most. Let’s also discuss how can you continue on your own journey towards deep inner peace. Today's journaling focus: the full spectrum. 1) Where exactly do you choose to focus your energy at this time of your life? How can you work on it? 2) What exact changes in your lifestyle and mindset are needed in: a) short term, b) long term? 3) What matters to you? What do you value the most? What makes you happy? 4) How can you contribute to life of other people/communities/nature, and the world around you? May this last day of our course be your new beginning!

Thank you for this course! I felt on the last day of this course (and 25 days of sobriety from alcohol) a rise in desire for the habit return. Thanks to the tools of this course i was able to see that this desire will come back again and again at times. I have to sit with it. Welcome its lesson, and comfort the feeling with acceptance. In doing so, it doesn’t have control of me. Pushing away the thought is what makes it have control over me. When i sit with it, i can talk back to the alcohol desire. I imagine my future self, she is a passionate, well educated community organizer & restorative revolutionary participant. To retain my knowledge in my new forms of education - I must have a clear, sober mind. This realization made my desire fade. As I know that being sober and staying sober is an act of radical, self love & rebellion against power structures.

This was a very effective course. Ewelina is a gifted teacher, not only in guiding students through healing, but in her ability to structure each class and the course as a whole. I feel that this course helped me to open up somatically things that have been blocked. My therapy sessions have been more powerful and effective as a result. I found this course at the most difficult phase of my life... When my most important relationship with my partner/ friend was ending... These 10 days kept me grounded and helped me face and purge so many emotions relating to past trauma. It brought me closer to many of my flaws as regarding to being triggered by current events and connecting them to my past trauma and how this excessice overthinking is damaging me and my other relationships. I have learnt to come back to the present often. The journaling exercises opened up my deep fears and awakened me to SEE what I have overlooked until now. I now know what I need to release and I know I will keep coming back to this course to unravel and unpack myself when I go through this challenging time. I am deeply grateful to you Ewelina for being my guide during this journey. 🙏
