Hi,
My name is Evelina and I'm very happy to guide you today through a short Kriya practice which will help us to release anger.
In this practice we will use intense breath,
Intention to let go and certain Kriya,
Certain action of our body which serves as a purification.
I'm inviting you to step into that practice with as much freedom and openness as you can.
So let's begin,
Sitting in your comfortable position,
Ensure that your spine is straight,
Body relaxed,
Draw your whole awareness into the base of your spine and visualise you just grounding yourself from the base of the spine,
Feeling stable and steady.
Then slowly draw your awareness higher throughout the spine,
Vertebra by vertebra,
Travelling all the way up till top of your head and with your next exhalation let go of any tensions from all your body.
In connecting to your breath,
Every inhalation allow your belly to expand to fill up fully with the air,
Every exhalation allow your belly to come back in.
Let's set up intention for this practice to let go of anger,
To let go of any negative emotion which is burning you from the inside and to just purify yourself out of it.
Start drawing your awareness with every breath towards the upper belly,
Every inhalation feel how the area of the upper belly expands,
Every exhale allow the air to exit through your mouth with the side out.
Deepen your breath,
Follow your own rhythm.
Visualise fire in the centre of your upper belly,
Imagine this fire gives you confidence,
Power,
Strength,
Ability to manifest wherever you want to manifest in your life,
But if it's burning too powerfully,
Too strongly with too much intensity,
It's just burning you from the inside,
With anger,
With desire to control others,
Different situations around.
Intention to bring that fire back to balance.
Now let's intensify the breath together,
Inhale expand your upper belly,
Exhale through the mouth with the side out,
Inhale expand the upper belly,
Exhale out through your mouth,
Once again inhale and exhale through the mouth.
Now for the next step release we will use Kali Mudra which is a great technique used in Himalayan Kriya Yoga.
For that I want you to maintain your spine straight,
Roll your eyes upwards gazing towards the centre of your brain,
Your eyelids are closed.
And we will continue with our intense breath,
Every exhale will come out through the mouth but we will add one more element,
We stick out the tongue.
So let's begin,
Deep inhale,
Exhale with your tongue out.
Letting go of all the anger,
Of all the unnecessary emotions which are burning you from the inside through the Kali Mudra,
Letting go more and more and more,
Last two breaths,
More power,
More breath,
Exhale entirely and come back to the stillness.
Take a moment to come back to your normal breath and to simply observe whatever is happening in you.
Let's close our practice with 5 deep and steady breaths.
We will be inhaling and exhaling for count of 4.
Every inhalation filling up your belly,
Your chest allowing them to expand.
Every exhalation allow it to slowly exit your body through your mouth with a gentle side out.
Let's begin.
Inhale for count of 4.
3 2 1 Exhale slowly.
Inhale for count of 4.
3 2 1 Inhale for count of 4.

Bring your palms together in front of your heart center and rub them,
Warm them up.
Once your palms are really warm then place them on the area of your upper belly.
Visualize that through this touch you are sending yourself all the acceptance,
All the let go of the anger,
All the freedom to release and to continue your day in a peaceful way.
Remember what kind of emotions you want to share with others as well as how do you want to interact with yourself.
Take a last deep inhalation and exhale with a sigh,
Open your eyes and touch through all your body,
Sending that good energy everywhere.
Thank you so much for joining me today,
I hope you enjoyed that practice and that you let go of any emotions you wanted to purify yourself of.
Have a beautiful day!
