Lesson 1

Structure

The structure of this course and how you can derive the maximum benefit from it are discussed in this first session. Also, there is a meditation practice. This particular practice is not designed to send you to sleep. In this practice, we work on the underlying cause which is affecting your sleep. Most of the research has shown that when we're using meditation specifically to change our sleeping patterns, we improve the rest that we get at night. Beautiful, helpful class. I’ve completed it twice now. First for general insomnia where I felt much better by the end off the course and continued with the sleep time day 30 meditation for months and months. I’ve revisited it for a second time due to daylight savings induced insomnia, am sleeping much better again, and have continued with both the daytime and sleep time meditations ongoing.
