Meet your Teacher

Alice Langholt is a parent, author and Reiki Master Teacher, and a Certified Practitioner of EFT and Introspective Hypnosis. She is the Executive Director of Reiki Awakening Academy. Alice has a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Parapsychology, and Master’s degrees in Jewish Studies and Metaphysical Science. She has written 23 books on holistic subjects. In the Washington, DC Metro area, Alice teaches Animal Reiki at Montgomery College, has a Reiki practice, and is also a wedding officiant.

Short course exploring 5 techniques fo dispelling anger that are very practical solutions (not based on, eg evaluating emotional triggers over time but actions tha can be done in the moment to have immediate effect). The descriptions are for the most part easy to follow (EFT tapping was the one area I thought slightly confusing). I haven’t had a chance to practice each technique but my interest was piqued and will be trying them out in the near future.

This class was AWESOME. I often would hold onto Anger for so long; that when I would see the person that made me angry; sadly I would get angrier. This class has taught me I can let it go; by SHIFTING MY MIND or thinking about what’s GOOD. I ❤️❤️❤️❤️ these techniques.
