Meet your Teacher

Nathan is a meditation teacher that has a passion for helping other people with there physical pain. He firmly believes in helping people to help themselves. Teaching in a holistic manner. Not just looking at the physical pain but looking at all the facets around it that interact and interfere with it. Such as the emotional and mental bodies. Nathan himself has suffered from chronic and acute pain. Going through the many trials and tribulations others are going through at this very moment. He found using meditation as a framework to look at pain in a different manner to be very useful and beneficial. He offers and provides support to everybody on the pain journey. So that they can have a healthier relationship with there pain. Nathan has many pain meditation tracks on inside timer as well as another shorter pain course he offers to people.

Meditation- Into the Mind

In this lesson we are going to be going into the mind. We are going to discuss our mind, thoughts and our belief systems. We are also going to do a meditation for your thoughts that will help you to deal with your pain. Enjoy this lesson as you begin your journey within.

Meditation - Into the Emotions

In this lesson we discuss our emotions and our common reactions to them. A meditation for delving into our emotions and dealing with them in a safe way is also involved. This builds up our fundamental skills for dealing with our physical pain. Enjoy this lesson.

Into Your Pain- Emotional Entanglement

In this lesson we are going to discuss how our emotions are a lot more involved with our thoughts and physical pain than we might think. We will also do a meditation on our emotions, diving into them and connecting with them in an accepting manner.

Into Your Pain- Balance

This lesson is all about balance. A very important aspect of our pain and our life in general. We talk about balance within the body and around our pain. We also do a guided meditation on balance that will allow us to dive deep into our pain in a balanced and safe manner.

Into Your Pain- True Acceptance

This lesson will talk about the acceptance of your physical pain. This is an important lesson in order to come that one step closer to being a pain master. There will also be a guided meditation on acceptance of your physical pain that will help you go deeper and heal.

Lesson 10

Pain Master

In this final lesson of the course we are going to do a longer meditation on truly accepting your pain. This meditation brings in all different elements, the mind, body and spirit. There will then be a final ending to this course as we part ways on this journey to become a pain master.
