Hello,
Welcome to this meditation.
Before you start this meditation,
Find a comfortable and safe space for yourself.
It's finding an environment to which you feel safe and comfortable.
And then when you're ready,
Just gently and slowly closing your eyes,
Bringing your awareness inwards,
Leaving worries about the future and the past behind you now.
Just bring your awareness to your whole body,
System and mind.
Recognizing current thoughts that are coming in,
Just allowing them to come in.
Not blocking or oppressing anything.
Oppressing or blocking the thoughts only reinforces them.
Just allowing them to flow through you.
Just noticing whatever reaction your body has.
Trusting your own body's intelligence.
Trusting your whole system's intelligence.
And we're not looking for anything in particular.
Just noticing what comes up in your system currently.
The creativeness and spontaneity that you have inside yourself.
Full of a whole spectrum of sensations.
Just taking this time for the next few moments to gently notice what's coming up.
Allowing the body and mind to naturally flow.
A powerful river that is completely free and unblocked.
Flowing through its course.
No tension at all.
It just flows.
Just like your system's intelligence flows through you.
Now as we come to an end of this meditation,
Gently stretching your body,
Waking your muscles back up.
Just bringing this nice unimpeded flow into your life as you begin to gently open your eyes.
