This five-day course includes meditations and exercises for celebrating and aligning with the Celtic festival of Imbolc. Celebrated on the 1st of February in the Northern Hemisphere and the 1st of August in the Southern Hemisphere, Imbolc is the time when the first signs of spring are seen in nature and so marks the beginning of the Springtime. During the course, we'll explore some ways to celebrate the early spring in your own life, we'll look at some Ayurveda-inspired diet and lifestyle principles to assist in the transition from winter to spring, and we'll practice some meditations and reflection exercies connected to themes of the season. Imbolc is a time of hope, renewal and new beginnings. As the days become longer and the promise of warmth and abundance is not far away, we can celebrate the light and set our intentions for the months to come.
