These difficult times have taught Jon that compassionate communication is key. Mindfulness meditation sessions offer a way to do this. Helping others to navigate life with focus, attention, and awareness. Training with the Mindfulness Association in the UK and a listed teacher with the British Association of Mindful Approaches. You will know in your body and mind that mindfulness meditation can bring about a new perspective in one's thinking, allowing you to get over challenging moments with more speed and a little more understanding of what is happening while it is happening. Regular practice is the key, even if it is short; at least you brought yourselves to the present moment for a while. It can be a lonely journey and a long one too, but the benefits will start to emerge, and they will feel and think differently.
