Why Meditate?
In this first lesson, you will learn exactly what does it mean to meditate, what are the benefits from adopting a regular meditation practice and what intentions you can bring to your meditation practice to gain the best out of it.
Lezione 2
Being Still And Our Thoughts
In this lesson, we will look at the difficulty of adopting the stillness required to meditate and the theory of thinking of nothing when meditating. Is this possible, and what do you need to do to be able to implement this when meditating?
Lezione 3
Breathwork, Environment And Expectations
In this lesson, you will learn more about breathwork, the importance of the environment you meditate in plays a factor, and how it can lead to a good meditation practice or a bad one. You will also learn about intentions and expectations, which go hand in hand with the environment you choose.
Lezione 4
Timings And Medical Awareness
In this lesson, you will learn about the best length of time required to start your meditation practice and the importance of being medically safe when meditating. When it comes to medical awareness, this covers keeping yourself safe when meditating.
Lezione 5
Let's Meditate
This is the lesson where you begin to meditate. You have a 10-minute guided meditation from me that you can use as you increase your time to meditate. Feel free to use this meditation when you have time to set aside to practice. You may want to give it a go straight away to see how you get on with it, but that is entirely up to you. One key point is not to listen or practice when operating a machine or vehicle.
