The soles of your feet and your ankles.

Take that focus towards your calves and your knees.

Releasing those thoughts that don't serve you.

Those thoughts that contradict who you are.

Those thoughts of stress.

Doubts.

How to do it.

Action in all the responsibilities.

Just allow this light.

To clear all that away.

Again giving yourself permission.

But what we want to focus on today.

Is decluttering,

Is releasing a heavy baggage of thoughts.

That only confuse us instead of giving us clarity to take action.

Having to be in so many places at one time.

Having to get everything done.

.

Projects to meet.

.

.

People to see.

Just release it.

Allow this healing light.

To circulate and cleanse it and remove it.

And in your mind's eye imagine it lifted out.

From your scalp.

.

Up and away from you.

.

Clearing your mind.

.

.

Giving you the space.

.

.

To detox the mind.

And breathe.

Release it all.

Whatever's been burdening.

.

Whatever tasks.

Right now in this meditation.

Watch it release from your scalp.

Watch this healing light.

As I go quiet for a moment.

Just continue that process of releasing.

The smallest detail to the biggest responsibilities.

Allow the mind to release.

You you just let go of it all with each breath release that little bit more and don't be afraid to release everything sometimes we need to empty the mind and focus within to gain the clarity the strength and the resilience to see things through letting go to gain more letting go to be more productive allowing yourself time to pause and to let thoughts pass you by just release each thought from your scalp up above you and see it disappear feel the energy of how it makes you feel calm just to release so allowing your mind to open and breathe and expand and also to heal and we clog ourselves with too many thoughts of negativity emotions doubts responsibilities we're not giving ourselves the opportunity to be and have more get rid of the clutter breathe it out watch it leave your mind you maybe within you you feel tension in certain parts of the body as you do this and imagine that healing light coming down to that area and moving up from that area up to your scalp and leaving your body as you release that tension and that fault that created the tension in the first place breathe out those things that don't serve you breathe out the stress the negative feelings the busyness just let it go right now so it's okay to put everything on pause it's okay to be still be silent and unwind so it's okay to observe the thoughts leave the body healthy watching them pass by and not attaching yourself to them this is healthy you are not your thoughts you are not your emotions you are bigger than your thoughts than your emotions therefore you can manage them and release those that don't serve you observe yourself watching them leave the body release and let go release and let go and right now i just want you to be still and just be connecting to the oneness of you and connecting to that feeling of calm peace allowing yourself to observe your breath and cleansing yourself in this moment any thoughts linger during this time continue releasing them let them go but just allow yourself to be still being one with your breath so no expectations no doubts so just calmness and silence you now connect to your mind once more and feel that calmness within as you've allowed yourself to declutter and remove what doesn't serve you imagine now that light releasing from your scalp and going up and disappearing above you feeling the energy of cleansing the mind of releasing everything that you needed to release and allowing yourself to start again with fresh energy and a new perspective on things remember in all ways that you are never your emotions or your thoughts you can just witness them and release them as you wish release those that don't serve you and observe those that make you feel good never allowing yourself to attach to the heavy burden to the heavy burden just being able to let go and allowing your mind to breathe re-energize so you can always be productive and always have that clarity you need each and every day so now i'd like you to focus back on your breath taking a deep breath in and breathe out taking another deep breath in and breathe out and slowly wiggle your fingers and toes and take one more deep breath in and out when you're ready you can open your eyes
