
Manifest Your Vision

This feel-good guided meditation includes a powerful visualization to help you manifest your true desires. Using Law of Attraction principles of feeling good to manifest what you want. You will leave this meditation feeling refreshed, calm, and accomplished.
Transcript
I want you,
When you're comfortable,
To take a deep breath in and exhale.
Take another deep breath in and breathe out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just allow the breath to relax you.
Just observe in your breath as you breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
Just release any tension,
Any negative energy that may have creaked up over the last couple of weeks.
You just want to release all of that on the exhale.
As today,
We're focusing on that feel good energy to replace all of that negative,
Heavy energy that maybe you've taken on over the last few days,
Weeks or even months.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just letting go.
This is your time,
So allow yourself to relax.
Allow the thoughts to slow down with each breath and just focusing and observing your breath in and out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just connect to your breath.
Feeling one with your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Right now,
We're going to count down with each breath.
As you breathe in,
One.
Exhale two.
Breathing in three.
Exhale four.
Breathing in five.
Exhale six.
Breathing in seven.
Exhale eight.
Breathing in nine.
Exhale ten.
And just connect to the breath and allow the breath to become more relaxed.
Not forcing it to be any slower,
But just come into that normal pace.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Just observing and allowing yourself to completely relax.
Remember,
This is your time,
Your quality space for you.
You are valuable.
You are worthy of taking time out from all the noise around you and to just go within to connect to that stillness.
And right now,
In your mind's eye,
I want you to think of something that makes you smile.
It could be a memory.
It could be a scenery that makes you feel calm and peaceful.
It could be knowing what's coming up for you.
Just take your thoughts to a place that feels good.
A place of love,
A place of joy.
Wherever this could be,
Whomever it could be with,
Doesn't matter.
This is your personal journey.
What lifts your heart up?
Allow your mind to take you there.
Maybe it's something that hasn't happened yet and it's something that you're trying to manifest and that you want to work out in your life.
Take your mind there.
Where is that place for you?
Allow your heart to connect to the vision in your mind.
Where is that place for you?
Where is that place that lifts your heart up?
Where is that place that makes you smile?
Who are the people around you?
Connect to that image right now.
Maybe it was a time on holiday with other friends or family.
Maybe it was a social event.
Or maybe it was just even quality time in your favourite spot.
Just feeling the freedom of being on your own and enjoying where you are.
Take yourself there in your mind.
Your mind is unlimited.
Allow it to take you on that journey.
Journey of joy.
Journey of happiness.
Journey of feeling good.
Maybe there's a few scenes that come to mind.
But allow yourself to find that particular one scene that really lifts you up.
That really makes you feel so good.
See it all clearly.
Notice who's around you.
Notice the feel of the image.
Is it warm?
Is it a little cold?
Allow yourself to bring in all the senses into this vision.
You are there.
It feels good.
Let your body,
Mind and spirit connect to that vision right now.
What was it about that time?
All this vision that lifts you up.
What is it that you truly connect to?
Allow your heart right now to be open.
Allow your heart to be open to the feeling of feeling good.
See yourself right now.
See the joy on your face in this vision.
Be that calmness or being totally energetic.
Whatever the vision is for you.
See yourself happy,
Fulfilled,
Full of joy,
Full of love.
And now,
If you haven't already,
I want you to take your vision and take it to something that you want to manifest.
And if you're already on that vision,
I want you to go deeper into that vision.
What is it that you would love to manifest within the next six months that would make you feel good?
That would lift your spirits.
Don't think about the limits right now of what you can and can't do.
Put that to one side.
I want you to open your mind.
I want you to open your heart.
What would you love to manifest?
In the next six months,
That will make you feel good and happy,
Joyous.
It could be something so simple as just spending time with loved ones,
Going out to dinner,
Going to the beach,
Going to the beach.
This is your vision.
This is your journey.
What will lift your heart up,
Bring joy to your heart,
Make you feel good?
Over the next six months,
Just allow that vision to expand.
Connect your heart to that vision.
No limits.
Just open your mind and your heart and let the vision and the feeling of feeling good take over.
That's where you're supposed to be.
Connect to that vision.
Open your heart,
Open your mind.
You can manifest anything you want right now.
All it takes is that connection to the feeling of being there.
The feeling of how you would feel when it's here.
So I want you to connect to this vision deeply.
How do you feel?
Who's there with you?
What are you wearing?
Where are you?
Notice the smells around,
The temperature.
Maybe you notice that the sounds are other people talking,
Sounds of the ocean.
Or maybe it's just quiet and calm.
This is your vision.
There is no right or wrong.
Allow all your senses to connect with that vision and allow it to feel good.
Allow it to lift your heart,
To open your heart and to welcome that vision into your heart.
Be one with the vision.
Now in your mind's eye,
As you see this vision and connect to it,
I want you to imagine a light around this image.
It could be a white light,
A gold light,
Whatever color feels comfortable to you.
Just imagine a light around this image.
This is a bright light of energy,
A bright light of being able to manifest this image,
The joy,
Everything that you've captured.
And imagine this image now with the light around it.
Move in slowly towards your heart.
As your heart is open and you're connecting to that feeling of joy and excitement.
Imagine this vision coming closer and closer into your heart.
As it enters your heart chakra,
Just in your mind's eye see a smaller image of your vision with the light around it within your heart space.
Now feel that connection to it.
Feel that true heart connection to your vision and breathe into that area and breathe out and just become one with that vision.
Feel that connection.
Feel that knowing that this is yours.
It feels good.
It feels right.
And it's your personal journey and what you want.
Just feel that connection right now.
And feel the essence of calm and peace.
That calm and peace that comes from feeling good.
That calm and peace that comes from that connection to that which you want to manifest.
That calm and peace of freedom,
Unlimited freedom that you have in making this a part of your life.
Feel that connection within your heart.
And just enjoy the stillness and the calmness of just being one with that vision.
Of being one with the fulfillment of it.
And of being one with how it makes you feel.
There are no limits within your meditation.
There are no limits within your imagination.
And there are no limits within your heart.
Just be still and silent.
And feel at oneness.
Meaning when you feel excited about something and feeling great about it as well.
Know that his vision is within your heart.
And you can always connect to it anytime.
Feeling the essence of feeling good every time you connect to it,
The freedom of being able to not only connect to it,
But to allow the image to be a part of your being.
And no limits lie.
And no fears,
Doubts or anxiety stop you from feeling good.
And right now,
I want you to take your focus back to your breath and just observe your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Now slowly becoming aware of your surroundings.
Becoming aware of the surface that you are lying or sitting on.
And slowly beginning to move your fingers and toes.
And take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Take another deep breath in and breathe out.
And take one more deep breath in with a full stretch,
If you wish.
And exhale out.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
