Breathe in and breathe out.

Just feel that connection to your breath for a while.

The slow inhale and the slow exhale really releasing and allowing yourself to get to that place of calm,

That place of peace.

Unwinding from the day's activities.

Just focus on your breath.

In and out.

Unwinding in and out.

Just stay focused on your breath.

Allowing the breath to calm and soothe you.

And just observe the breath.

Imagine it like waves in the ocean.

As the waves come to the shore,

Breathing in.

And as the waves go back out,

Breathing out.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Ocean waves come into the shore.

And going back out into the ocean.

In and out.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Allow your breath to help you to let go.

Let go of any tension in the body,

Mind and spirit.

Letting go of anything that holds you back.

Just exhaling on the,

Just letting it go.

Just exhaling all that tension,

All that pressure.

Giving yourself this time to unwind.

This time to let go.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Calm and peaceful.

Breathing in the calm.

And exhaling all the tension,

Stress and activities.

This is your time to unwind.

Your time to let go.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Right now I'd like you to take your focus to where your root chakra is.

Just around your pelvic area.

Your root chakra is the chakra of your foundation.

The foundation of who you are.

When your root chakra is strong and open.

You are powerful.

You are self-assured.

And you are happy to stand in your own power.

In your own true light.

Any financial worries,

Family worries,

Any relationship worries are all focused on this chakra.

And when this chakra is healthy and balanced,

So too will all these areas be healthy and balanced.

So I want you to focus on this area.

And imagine a circular light spinning clockwise in this area.

This light can be whatever colour you choose.

Or it can be the red colour associated with the root chakra.

Focus your energy on this area.

And imagine this light,

This energy centre.

Spinning clockwise.

Unblocking.

All anxieties.

All fears.

Maybe you struggle to open up to opportunities.

Maybe you struggle with anxiety.

Stresses.

Maybe you're uncertain about things financially or within the family.

Or the part you play in life.

Focus on this area and release all those questions to the universe.

Who am I?

Where will I find the funds?

How do I mend this relationship?

How do I begin to believe in myself?

Release it all to the universe.

All those doubts and concerns.

Let them go as the light keeps spinning in this chakra and releasing all that negative energy.

You may want to place your hand on this area as you focus your energy on your root chakra.

This spinning energy of light cleansing and purifying.

Releasing all the doubts.

All the anxieties.

All the uncertainties.

Releasing and letting go.

Allow your breath to also release any blockages in your root chakra.

By breathing into this area and breathing out.

Breathing into this area and breathing out.

And just imagine in your mind's eye the negative energy releasing itself.

Lifting up from your root chakra.

Up away from your body.

And disappearing.

Evaporating till you can no longer see any negative energy.

Just keep imagining that each negative thought associated with your root chakra.

Just release it up away from your root chakra.

And in your mind's eye watch it disappear as the light keeps spinning and clearing.

Releasing all the negative questions.

The doubts of who you are.

The doubts of your ability.

The doubts of your success.

The doubts of your inner strength.

Just release it.

Let it go.

Let's cleanse this root chakra.

Let's open it up and unblock it from any fears,

Anxieties.

Just release it all and watch it disappear.

Watch all that negative energy just move away from your chakra and disappear.

Breathing and letting go.

Continue allowing the breath to help you release and open this chakra.

Breathing into this chakra and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

As I go quiet for a moment just focus on any release that comes into your mind.

The doubts,

The concerns,

The worries.

Anything that hovers.

Just release it from your chakra and focus on the lights within.

Spinning,

Cleansing and unblocking this powerful root chakra.

Now focus on your breath.

Get in the calmness of your breath again as you still stay focused on your root chakra.

Just connect to your breath and feel the relaxation.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And allow yourself to connect to your root chakra.

It's just you and your root chakra.

Connect to it.

Focus on it.

Breathe through it.

And now feel the strength of a balanced chakra.

Confidence.

Self-assurance.

Financially abundant.

Strong family connections.

Being self-rooted in who you are.

Who you are now.

And who you are in your future.

And now I want you to imagine a light below the surface of your feet.

A light like a spotlight.

This is where your foot chakra is.

The foundation of your root.

And now imagine this light coming up towards your ankles.

Up towards your calves.

Your knees.

Up towards your thighs.

And up towards your root chakra.

And feel that connection to the light.

Feel that groundedness of being you.

Standing strong in your light.

And now imagine that light moving up from your root chakra.

Going up towards your abdominals.

Up your arms.

To your chest.

Up towards your shoulders.

As this light continues up towards your neck.

Up towards your jawline.

Your eyes.

The crown of your head.

And above.

And see yourself with your mind's eye.

With the lights.

From bottom to top shining bright.

This light is your light.

This is your foundation of who you are.

Don't be afraid to shine in your light.

Feel that connection to that light.

From your feet right up to your root and above the crown of your head up to your crown chakra and beyond.

You have every right to stand strong in your presence of who you are.

You have every right to shine your light and be who you are.

Feel that openness of a strong root chakra strengthened by the lights that is around you and within you.

Feel that connection to your root chakra.

Feel that connection to the foundation of who you are.

Who you've become.

Feel that connection.

Embrace that connection.

Allow that light to lift you up.

And open you up to the universe.

The opportunities the universe brings.

The light within you that attracts all these opportunities and so much more.

And now I want you to take your focus back to your root chakra.

Seeing the light continuing to spin in a clockwise motion.

Just breathe in and connect to your chakra.

Feel the essence of self belief.

Calm.

And stand in strong in your power.

And repeat this affirmation quietly to yourself.

I am strong.

I am strong.

I am strong.

Feel the calmness.

And embrace the strength within you.

Embrace within this chakra.

I am strong.

I am strong.

Just feel that connection.

And now slowly coming back to your breath.

Breathing into that chakra.

And breathing out.

Breathing into that chakra.

And breathing out.

And now take your focus away from the chakra,

Fully back to your breath.

Just observe in your breath.

You don't have to breathe any more slowly.

Just allow your breath to come back to normal.

Be observing the breath in and out.

In and out.

Just become aware of your breath.

And as you do,

Start to become aware of your environment.

Become aware of the sounds around you.

And your physical body.

And slowly start to wiggle your toes and fingers.

And take a deep breath in.

And breathe out.

Take another deep breath in.

And out.

Take one more deep breath in.

And out.

And when you're ready,

You can slowly begin to open your eyes.
