So I'd like you to close your eyes and take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Take another deep breath in and breathe out.
Breathing in and out and just allow yourself to release everything on the exhale.
Relax yourself and give yourself that permission to let go of anything that's causing you stress,
Causing you to doubt yourself or just generally feel tired and burdened.
Now is the ideal opportunity to let it all go.
So just focus on the breath,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Breathing in calm and peace and breathing out all tension and stress.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just let it all go.
And right now I want you to take your focus to the crown of your head and imagine a warm purple light shining above the crown of your head.
And this light is coming down to your scalp,
Releasing any tension in your mind,
Any negative thoughts that you're carrying.
This light is releasing it.
So on the exhale,
As you continue breathing in deep and exhaling,
Just release any tension in this area,
Allowing the breath and the healing light to release that tension.
Imagine this light coming down towards your cheekbones,
Down towards your nose,
Your jaw line and down towards your neck and shoulders.
Continue breathing in and breathing out,
Feeling all the tension in these areas releasing.
Release your day.
If it's been busy,
Let it go.
If it's been stressful,
Let it go.
Don't hold on to that stress.
Give yourself permission to release it.
Now imagine this light coming down your arms,
Down your forearms,
To your wrists and out through your fingers and just feel your arms heavy by your sides.
Continue inhaling and exhaling.
Now see this light come down towards your chest,
Releasing any tension or any pent-up emotions that you're carrying,
Emotions that you're holding on to that are negative and that don't serve you.
Exhale them out,
Let them go and feel the healing light release you from this energy.
Imagine this light now coming down towards your abdominals,
Down towards your pelvic area and your thighs.
You may feel your thighs heavy as you let go.
Imagine this light coming down towards your knee joints,
Your calf muscles,
Down towards your ankles and out through the soles of your feet and your toes.
And just feel that connection to release and let go.
If there's any part of your body that is tense or feeling the tension within it,
I want you to take a deep breath into that area and breathe out.
Take another deep breath into that area and breathe out.
Allow your body to relax,
Feel the surface beneath you,
Allow your body to sink into the surface,
Allow your body to feel heavy as you let go.
Now I'm going to count from five to one for you to completely let go and release.
Five,
Letting go,
Four,
On the exhale release all that tension,
Three,
Deeper and deeper,
Two,
Focusing on your breath,
One,
Completely surrendering to calm and peace.
Don't be afraid to hold on to nothing,
Just let it go.
Whatever it is that stresses you,
Whatever it is that caused you anxiety,
Let it go.
It's a safe space for you.
Let it go.
Release it from your body,
Mind and spirit.
Now in your mind's eye,
I want you to imagine an open field in front of you,
Fresh green grass,
The sky is blue with a few clouds above and you walk into the centre of the area,
Open field,
No one there but you.
The grass is freshly cut so you can smell the essence of freshly cut grass.
You decide to lie down on your back and above you,
You notice the blue sky and the clouds and feel the gentle breeze on your skin.
You may hear some birds flying past but the air feels warm with just that cool breeze,
Not too cold but just enough,
Feels good on your skin.
And now I want you to release all the tension and stress that you have carried within you and bring it up to the surface of your heart and watch it lift up from your heart up to the sky and watch it disappear.
Whatever it is that holds you down,
Whatever tensions,
Whatever uncertainties,
Let it rise up to the surface and release it from your heart and watch it lift up,
Up to the sky and watch it disappear beneath the clouds,
Evaporating in front of you.
Feel that release with each decision,
Each doubt,
Each stress,
Any negative feelings that you have carried in your journey so far or in your week or your month or even just today.
Consider it,
Bring it up to the surface and let it go from your heart up into the sky and watch it disappear.
Continue doing this as I go quiet for a moment,
Everything that brings you down,
Everything that you have held on to that doesn't serve you,
Release it and watch it disappear,
Let it go,
Let it go.
Keep releasing and letting go.
Don't feel you have to hold back,
Could be something small or it could be something big.
If you feel it's something so big,
Keep releasing it,
Keep bringing it up to the surface,
Opening your heart and releasing it up to the sky above you and watching it disappear.
You are in control,
You do have the power to release it.
Anything that doesn't serve you,
Anything that holds you down,
Cut that cord,
Release it,
Let it go.
Any words that people have said to you that you're still holding on to,
Bring it to the surface,
Open your heart and release it and watch it disappear.
Holding on to it doesn't serve you,
So let it go.
Release it all.
In our heart we carry a lot of emotions,
So release it from your hearts,
Open your hearts to love by letting go of all those negative emotions that have been created from the past,
Even anxieties that are being created because of the future or any negative doubts from the present.
Let it go,
Let it go and watch it disappear.
You don't need it,
It doesn't serve you.
And right now I want you to connect to the calmness and the stillness that you feel right now.
You have released so much.
Just focus on your breath and feel that calmness within.
Connect to your breath right now.
You don't need to breathe in deeply and exhale deeply,
You just need to breathe normal and just observe the breath.
Still see yourself out in the open field,
Free,
Free from any burdens,
Any anxieties.
Just focusing on the breath in and out at your own rhythm.
Feel the calmness and flow with your breath in and out.
Feel the essence of flowing with your breath,
Of flowing with the stillness of just being,
Of letting go all those things that block you.
Right now,
Feel and flow with the vibration of peace.
Flow with the vibration of love.
Flow with the vibration of strength.
Flow with the vibration of abundance in all areas of your life.
Flow with the vibration of joy.
Flow with the vibration of calmness.
Just flow in the vibration of love,
Peace,
Joy,
Strength,
Calm.
In the vibration of you,
In the vibration of stillness.
Feel and connect to the vibration of love.
Love for your family,
Love for someone special,
Love for friends,
Whoever it may be,
Or even just generally love for life and most of all yourself.
Love for the blessings that you have.
Flow in the vibration of blessings.
Flow in the vibration of gratitude.
And quietly to yourself say following words.
I flow,
I flow,
I flow in the vibration of love.
I flow,
I flow,
I flow in the vibration of peace.
Feel and connect to that.
Connect to that vibration.
Feel the essence of love and peace within you.
And the freedom of just being without any expectations.
Right now I want you to become aware of your body,
Become aware of your mind,
Of your mind,
Of your mind.
And as we slowly come back to the room you were meditating in,
Keeping your eyes closed,
Feeling that vibration of peace and love in your heart and calmness.
One,
Become aware of the surface that you're on.
Two,
Slowly wiggling your toes and possibly moving your ankles clockwise and anticlockwise.
Three,
Slowly wiggling your fingers.
Four,
Coming aware of the environment around you,
Noticing any noises that seem familiar.
And five,
Taking a deep breath in and breathe out.
Take another deep breath in and out.
And take one more deep breath in and out.
And when you're ready and only when you're ready,
You can open your eyes slowly.
