So today we're focusing on letting everything go that doesn't serve us.

So right now I want you to take a deep breath in and breathe out.

Take another deep breath in and breathe out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And just allow yourself to become one with your breath.

Focusing on your breath and allowing it to relax you.

Allowing it to bring you to that space of silence and that connection to your higher self.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Slow deep breaths.

In and out.

Releasing the everyday responsibilities.

Releasing the distractions.

Just letting it all go as you focus within.

As you focus on you.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Allowing your head to release any thoughts that are distracting you.

Allowing your neck and shoulders to relax.

Feeling the tension release from your body with each inhale and exhale.

Releasing any tension in the abdominals,

The arms down to your pelvic area,

Your thighs,

Your knee joints,

Your calf muscles,

Ankles and feet.

Just bringing your body,

Mind and spirit in unison as you breathe in and out,

Really allowing yourself to relax.

Allowing yourself to come inwards to the core of you,

To the essence of you,

Your inner self.

Allow yourself to connect.

Breathing in and out.

And now allowing yourself in your own pace of breathing to just observe the breath and let go of all distractions and all responsibilities.

And right now,

I want you to focus on you.

To really focus on you.

To feel that connection to you.

Love for yourself.

Compassion for yourself.

Strength for yourself.

And I want you to dive deep and bring to the surface anything that has sabotaged your life in any way.

Fears,

Doubts,

Anxieties.

Maybe certain people have rubbed you up the wrong way.

The energy of others.

Maybe there's this lingering anxiety that comes in all too often.

Today's the day we want to get rid of all that negative stuff.

We want to release it.

We want to completely clear it out from our body,

Mind and spirit.

So right now,

In this moment,

If there is anything or if there are a few things,

Allow it to rise to the surface of your mind and let it go.

Let it go with each exhale.

Release it from yourself.

Whatever it is,

Let's focus on just letting go.

Don't hold on to it.

It doesn't serve you.

It doesn't make you a better person.

Whatever's kept you captive,

Whatever keeps floating into your life.

Fears,

Doubts,

Other people's energy,

Certain responsibilities you want to get rid of.

Anything.

Past,

Present,

Whatever it may be.

This is your journey.

This is your time to bring it to the surface and release it.

When you release,

You may want to quietly say to yourself,

I release you.

Really feel that connection to your breath as you say it.

I release you.

I release you.

I release you.

As I go quiet,

I want you to just focus,

Bring it all up and watch it leave you.

Give yourself permission to allow it to leave you.

It doesn't serve you.

Let it go.

Let it go.

As you see the image and you feel any emotions towards it,

Let it rise to the surface and maybe imagine that it's like a cord attached to you and you have the scissors to cut that cord and release it from you.

Release the negative energy from you.

See yourself cutting that cord of attachment to the heaviness of that energy you've been carrying.

Any ailments in the body that are caused by carrying this energy,

Release yourself from these ailments.

If any anxiety causes upset in your body physically,

Cut the cord and release it.

Give yourself permission to let go.

You are so much better without it.

Cut the cord,

Release it.

Release the energy,

Release the fears,

Release the emotions.

Everything that doesn't serve you,

Cut it and release and let go.

Let go.

Let go.

Let go.

This is your inner journey.

Allow yourself to clear anything.

That doesn't serve you,

Doesn't leave you feeling good,

Burdens you and blocks you from moving forward.

However small,

Let it go right now.

This is about you taking back your power.

You giving yourself the blessing of happiness,

Freedom and space to make decisions that are right for you without this energy lingering,

Without this block.

Let it go.

Now feel that connection to you again.

Beneath all of that there is you.

Feel what it feels like to be clear,

To clear all of that that has kept you down or hold you back in those moments when you want to be moving forward.

Those things that made you doubt.

How does it feel to be clear now?

Connect to that feeling of clearing all those blockages away from you,

Away from your mind,

Away from your body and away from your spirit.

Starting a fresh,

Clean page.

None of that stuff.

Even the energy of others who have brought you down.

You've cleared it.

Now move forward from it.

Feel that connection to clarity,

That empowerment that right now you have cleared away those things that have held you down for far too long.

Now,

Right now,

Make a promise to yourself to be good to yourself.

To release as those emotions try to come back.

To release as the negative energies try to come back.

Connect to the powerful you.

You've given yourself freedom within to be you,

To shine and be you.

To come not with baggage,

But to come with strength.

To come with openness,

Clarity,

Clear,

Empowerment,

Strong,

Trusting in you.

Feel the energy of you,

Just you.

The empowerment that you give yourself right now,

Because you've made space for you.

Feel that empowerment.

Bring it to the forefront of your heart and know with faith that the solution,

The result that you want will be right for you,

Whatever it may be.

Have faith that the outcome will be okay.

Surrender that request to the universe,

To the higher self.

It will all be okay,

Because it's about you.

You've cleared the blocks.

You've let go of the past.

It's now about you.

Feel that empowerment.

Surrender it to the universe.

Surrender it to your higher self and let go.

It's all okay.

And just connect with that feeling right now.

Allow your body,

Mind and spirit to truly connect to it.

And now feel the connection back to your breath.

Just observe your breath.

As you calmly breathe in and out at your own pace.

Feeling the calmness,

Feeling the empowerment,

Feeling the release,

And feeling the oneness of you.

Allow yourself to enjoy this moment of oneness with yourself and the connection of empowerment from within.

And now become aware of your body.

Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

And taking a deep breath in and out.
