This is a brief affirmations meditation.
Let's begin by closing our eyes,
Relaxing our jaw,
Relaxing our shoulders,
Releasing any tension we may feel in our body.
Let's take a deep breath into the nose,
Hold,
And a big exhale out of the mouth.
Bring our awareness to the present moment,
Feeling confident,
Completely relaxed,
Repeating to ourself the following affirmations.
I am and always will be enough.
I acknowledge my own self-worth.
I let go of any negative feelings about myself.
I am willing to face my fears.
I can make wise decisions.
I can let go of old negative beliefs.
I will be open-minded.
I will feel calm and confident.
I can handle whatever comes my way.
Everything will be okay.
I have a clear and relaxed mind.
I am able to let go of worries.
I deserve to relax.
Every moment in my life is a clean slate.
Let's take one more inhale into the nose and a big exhale out of the mouth.
