This is a one-minute meditation for loving kindness.

Let's begin by closing our eyes,

Relaxing our jaw,

Relaxing our shoulders,

Releasing any tension we may feel in our body.

Let's bring to mind ourselves here in this moment in time and repeat to ourselves the Metta meditation,

May I be happy,

May I be healthy,

May I be safe,

May I be at ease.

Now let's bring to mind all beings and send out to them the Metta meditation,

May all beings be happy,

May all beings be healthy,

May all beings be safe,

May all beings be at ease.

Let's take a big inhale into the nose and a big exhale.
