Hello,

This brief breathing meditation will help infuse us with what serves us and help us release that which no longer serves us.

Let's begin by closing our eyes,

Relaxing our jaw,

Relaxing our shoulders,

Releasing any tension we may feel in our body.

And we'll inhale hope,

Exhale worry,

Inhale compassion,

Exhale self-concern,

Inhale forgiveness,

Exhale bitterness,

Inhale optimism,

Exhale pessimism,

Inhale patience,

Exhale anger,

Inhale gratitude,

Exhale discontent,

Inhale serenity,

Exhale anxiety,

Inhale acceptance,

Exhale resistance,

Inhale courage,

Exhale fear,

Inhale wisdom,

Exhale curiosity,

Exhale judgment.

Have a wonderful day.
