Hi,

This is a self-realization meditation.

A few things about this meditation before we begin.

We will visualize ourselves at four different distinct stages of our life during this meditation,

Ultimately finishing at our current desired state.

We also will have several extended silences during this meditation.

And our breathing technique will be to breathe deeply,

Full inhales and full exhales,

Trying to extend the exhale outward breath,

Really relaxing into that.

So,

With that as an introduction,

Let's begin.

Let's sit comfortably,

But upright.

Let's try to release any excess tension we feel in our body.

Let's relax our jaw,

Relax our shoulders.

Begin to breathe deeply and fully,

Deeply breathing into the inhales and deep exhales.

Let's close our eyes and let's establish that breathing pattern of the deep inhales and the deep exhales.

Let's do a counting breathing meditation.

One,

We are relaxing.

With the inhale,

Two,

We feel relaxed.

With the inhale,

Three,

We're releasing any tension in our body.

And four,

Continuing to relax.

Five,

We are relaxing.

Six,

We feel relaxed.

Seven,

We feel tension melting away.

Eight,

Increasing that relaxation.

Nine,

We feel relaxed.

And ten,

We are relaxed.

Let's picture ourselves as a baby.

We likely do not have any recollections from that time.

Picture yourself as you can imagine yourself as a baby.

Send that beautiful baby some unconditional love.

As a baby,

We had no expectations.

We had no anxieties.

We were open to everything that came our way.

Continue to relax into the breath,

Feeling the relaxation of the breath extending on the outward breath.

Feeling the relaxation of the breath.

Continue breathing in this pattern.

Now picture yourself as a young child.

No matter the memories of your childhood,

Send that beautiful child some unconditional love.

Try to remember yourself as that young child.

Your hopes and your dreams,

What you hoped your life would be like.

Send that beautiful child some unconditional love.

Continue to relax into the breath,

Feeling the relaxation of the breath and extending into the outward breath.

Continue breathing in this pattern.

Now picture yourself as a young adult.

Send yourself at this stage of life some unconditional love.

Remembering how you were at this age without judgment.

Remember your hopes and dreams and how you thought your life would be.

Send that young adult some love.

Whether the feelings are positive or negative,

Try to withhold judgment and send that version of yourself unconditional love.

See yourself as a young adult,

Receiving your love with a smile.

Continue relaxing into the breath,

Feeling the relaxation of the breath,

Extending the outward breath.

Feeling the relaxation of the breath.

Continue breathing in this pattern.

Now picture yourself as you are today.

Whatever thoughts you have about yourself in this moment,

Send yourself some unconditional love.

Think of yourself today,

Your hopes and your dreams,

And how you thought your life would be.

Send yourself some love.

Picture yourself smiling as you receive your own unconditional love.

Continue to relax into the breath,

Feeling the relaxation of the breath,

And extending the outward breath.

Feel the relaxation of the breath.

Continue breathing in this pattern.

Picture yourself as a consistent being through these four stages of life.

A being that has been receiving your love throughout this meditation.

Letting go of and releasing stories and emotions.

Continuing the pattern of breathing deeply,

Relaxing into the outward breath.

Let's give ourselves at all stages of our life the following affirmations.

I am,

Always was,

And always will be enough.

I acknowledge my own self-worth.

I let go of any negative feelings about myself.

I am willing to face my fears.

I trust my intuition.

I can let go of old,

Negative beliefs.

I am open-minded,

Willing to receive the blessings that come my way.

I am calm and confident.

I can handle anything that life brings to me.

Everything will be okay.

I feel peace when I focus on my breath.

I can let go of worries.

I deserve this state of relaxation.

I love myself and am worthy of that love.

Shine that love on all stages of your life without judgment,

Noticing how it feels when you give yourself unconditional love.

Let's bring awareness back into our bodies.

Wiggle your toes,

Wiggle your fingers.

Subtly take any movements that would help ground you in this moment.

Once you feel settled,

Slowly open your eyes.

As you think about moving forward in your life,

Giving yourself unconditional love,

Think about one trait of yours that you would like to expand and grow.

Perhaps think of the steps required to manifest that.

Similarly,

Think about one trait of yours that you would perhaps let go of and forgive.

Consider the steps required to manifest that release and forgiveness.

Always remembering to send yourself that unconditional love,

Which you deserve today and have always deserved.

Thank you.
