
Face Yoga: Exercise To Diminish The Laugh Lines
Welcome to a face yoga exercise meant to naturally stretch and reduce the nasolabial folds. These exercises can be done twice a day, anytime, in conjunction with a warm-up exercise, a few more other exercises, and a cool-down exercise, or unconnected - mirror and a seated position recommended.

Hello and welcome to this mini practice.
My name is Georgiana Petek and I am your facial guide teacher.
This is a recording of an exercise meant to iron out the laugh lines from the inside out.
The orbicularis oris,
The muscles around the mouth,
Get tired and these exercises help stretching them out.
Place the tips of your index fingers on your laugh lines.
With a really pointy tongue,
Circle around the tip of one finger five times,
Then go five times the other way.
The tongue stays inside the mouth.
You should feel the tip of your finger through the cheek.
Move on to the other finger and with the very pointy tongue,
Trace the tip of the finger from under the cheek.
Circle five times one way,
Then five times the other way.
You could do this exercise once or twice a day,
Depending on your time.
It is very simple and highly effective.
