Welcome to this abundance meditation. Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes. Focus on your breath, Noticing how your chest is gently rising and falling with every breath in and every breath out. Bring your attention to your heart chakra and recognise that the energy of abundance is all around you. Notice its golden light shining all around you. Let this golden energy gently surround you and with another breath in fill yourself up with its light. Breathe in this golden energy of infinite possibilities and breathe out any limiting beliefs that you might have. Take another breath in and allow yourself to be refreshed and recharged with this energy of love, Happiness and prosperity. And when you take another breath out release anything that might be blocking you from accepting this energy of abundance and welcoming it into your life. I will give you a minute now to immerse yourself in this golden energy of abundance. Recharge yourself and realise how many blessings are coming your way once you acknowledge and welcome this energy of abundance into your life. Take one more deep breath in and let every cell of your body be recharged and refreshed with this energy of love, Health and light. And now when you are ready feeling so much lighter and more positive about yourself and your life I want you to bring your attention back to your breath noticing how your chest is gently rising and falling with every breath in and every breath out. You can gently move your fingers and toes to reconnect fully with your body. And when you are ready open your eyes and enjoy the rest of your day knowing that there are a lot of blessings coming your way in the days and weeks to come.
