Face Yoga Warm-up Exercise - Shoulders - Tension Release
This is a recording of a warm-up exercise one could do before each face yoga practice. It is important to massage or stretch the neck and shoulders area before beginning a face yoga practice. This particular exercise will help release tension in the shoulders, as well as increase the blood and lymphatic flow in the shoulders, neck and face.
