Join me for a meditation inspired by Louise Hay. When we focus more and more upon gratitude, the more we have to be grateful for. In Louise Hay's own words - "My day begins and ends with gratitude and joy" Gratitude brings more to be grateful about, so today express gratitude for everything in your life. Allow gratitude to fill your heart, your body, your mind, your consciousness - your very being. Gratitude can radiate in all directions, touching everything in your world and returning to you as more to be grateful for.

Hi there,

Liz Doyle,

The Positive Change Coach here.

So finding yourself somewhere very comfortable where you won't be disturbed,

Either lying down or sitting back,

And when you're ready you can gently close your eyes and move your focus to your breath.

Take a long,

Deep,

Slow breath in.

Focus on your breath traveling down into the lungs.

As it does,

You feel yourself become more relaxed,

Comfortable and at peace.

Breathing out slowly,

Focusing on your exhalation.

Let your breathing be at peace as I share this meditation inspired by Louise Hay.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Focus on your breath.

It keeps you alive.

It calms you.

It is with you every day and every night.

Feel gratitude for this amazing gift of life.

Cultivate gratitude for all the things that your body is capable of doing.

Your heart beating.

Your sight.

Your hearing.

Your sense of smell.

Your touch.

Your sense of taste.

Your legs.

Arms.

Torso.

Your incredible brain.

All of your organs.

Every cell in your body.

Feel your gratitude for the experiences that your body allows you to have in your body.

Now,

Allow these words to float to your heart center where they can be absorbed by your emotional body.

My day begins and ends with gratitude and joy.

Gratitude brings more to be grateful about.

So today I make the point of expressing gratitude for everything in my life.

Deep at the center of my being there is an infinite well of gratitude.

I now allow this gratitude to fill my heart,

My body,

My mind,

My consciousness,

My very being.

This gratitude radiates out from me in all directions,

Touching everything in my world and returns to me as more to be grateful for.

The more gratitude I feel,

The more I am aware that the supply is endless.

As I wake in the morning,

I am grateful for the comfortable bedding that keeps me warm,

Provides me comfort and makes me feel safe.

Thank you.

Thank you.

I look forward to each day.

I am grateful for each moment.

I am deeply appreciative for my family,

My loved ones and my friends who love and support me.

My body connects me to the world,

To other people,

To the people around me.

It helps me feel grounded,

Calm and safe.

I am grateful for my home and everything in it that helps my life flow with ease and helps me to rest,

Feeling safe and secure.

I am grateful for my clothes and for all the options to choose from various colors and fabrics.

That are available to keep me warm or cool,

Depending on the season.

I am grateful for the electricity that helps me throughout my day,

Such as electric light,

The fridge,

The ability to charge my phone,

The internet,

The heating,

The ability to heat water,

The hot drinks and for cooking,

The television.

I am grateful for the vehicles that I have access to,

For helping me to go wherever I want to.

Thank you.

I am free to express myself with love and truth and gratitude.

I am very thankful for all the love in my life.

I find it everywhere.

I am grateful for my ability to have a deeply loving romantic relationship.

When life is challenging,

I release the past with love and I am grateful that it has brought me to this new awareness.

The universe always responds to my needs and I am grateful.

I learn to receive with thanks.

I am learning that to receive,

I don't always have to give.

It's safe for me to receive.

I acknowledge myself for creating this wonderful experience.

Breathing in the gratitude.

Breathe out gratitude.

Bedtime can be a perfect time for a night time ritual of sending love to the world and finding gratitude for your day.

Silently repeat these words after me and know them to be true for you.

I thank myself before I go to sleep for what I have done during the day.

Each night I send gratitude,

Compassion and healing to the being I have been up until this moment.

I send lightness and love into the future for the one I am in the process of becoming.

Gratitude and appreciation just bring more goodness.

Gratitude and appreciation just bring more goodness.

I know that everything I give out comes back.

Gratitude has all sorts of little surprising rewards.

I express gratitude and appreciation every day and every night in every way.

My day begins and ends with gratitude and joy.

Now very slowly and very gently bring yourself back to your room and your physical self.

Move your body in a way that feels good and when you're ready you can open your eyes.
