Today's meditation is a visualization practice that will encourage us to emulate the qualities of a tree as we find our center, build resilience from within, stand tall, and maintain our peace amidst the chaos and demands we may experience.

The breath is an anchor that keeps us still when we are caught in life's waves. We often forget about the power of the breath, but it is always there for us, and during today’s lesson, we will learn how to harness it and return to it in the moments when we desire stillness.

Savoring The World Around Us
Life passes us by in the blink of an eye. Just think: We are already halfway through our journey! Day 5's lesson is all about savoring life. We will explore what it means to appreciate the beauty around us as we participate in an open awareness practice to help us acknowledge everything happening at this very moment.

Mindfulness In Motion
We cannot exist solely in our inner world, or solely in our outer world. Today, let's explore integrating a mindfulness practice into our daily lives as we engage in a walking meditation.
Leçon 7
Accepting Loving-Kindness
We are often our harshest critics. In today’s lesson, we will learn to love ourselves for who we are, and by practicing a RAIN of Self-Compassion, we will begin laying the foundation we need to become our own best friend during difficult times.

Compassion For Others
Suffering is a universal human experience. Through the Just Like Me meditation, we will explore this facet of human existence, come face-to-face with these heavy emotions, offer others good wishes and compassion, and radiate positive energy out into the world around us.

Grateful For Life
Gratitude can change how we view every situation. In today's practice, we will explore how maintaining an attitude of gratitude can invoke feelings of happiness and cultivate a renewed sense of appreciation for all we have.

Bringing It All Together
We've made it to the final day of our journey. In addition to acknowledging all that we have covered (and uncovered) over the past nine days, today's lesson will offer an opportunity to reflect on how far you have come and how you would like to take the lessons and mediations that resonated with you on the journey ahead.
