Timing is Everything
How long does the grieving process take? Will I ever feel better? These are the most common questions I get from clients in therapy. In this session, we discuss the timeline of grief and how time can help heal or hurt us depending on how we use that time. At the end of this session, Dr Traci will lead you into "Therapy Homework." It's recommended that you leave some time at the end of the session to begin your own healing process.

Feeling is Healing
The grieving process can bring up many intense and confusing emotions. Learn the importance of allowing yourself to feel your emotions and how to process what you’re feeling. In this session, Dr Traci will discuss healthy and effective ways to do this. This session ends with a guided meditation to learn how to sit with your emotions safely, process and release them.

Love Thy Self
Our self-care and self-love are often the first activities we abandon during hard times. However, these activities are actually critical during this process. In this session, learn how to take care of yourself and those around you. Learn to love thy self so that the grieving process can become more of a healing process. "Therapy Homework" will be provided at different times throughout this session so please have pen and paper ready.

Stages of Grief
Grief can be complicated and messy. Understanding all of the different stages of grief can help us make sense of what we're experiencing. In this session, Dr Traci will review the most common stages of the grieving process and how to move through them successfully. At the end of this session, you'll be led into "Therapy Homework." It's recommended that you leave some time at the end of the session to begin your own healing process.

Testing Your Beliefs
What do you believe happens after we die? The answer to this question may be tested and could help bring you the peace you need for healing. Dr Traci explores some spiritual beliefs about death and challenges you on yours. At the end of this session, Dr Traci will lead you into "Therapy Homework" that can bring you to acceptance and hope.
Leçon 6
Spiritual Healing
Learn how to use different spiritual tools to help you through the grieving process. In this final session, Dr Traci shares her own personal story of grief, loss and healing through the use of chakra work, crystals, reiki, cleansing, cutting cords and more.
