Jessica Crow has taught meditation, mindfulness and yoga internationally for well over a decade. She’s trained and mentored hundreds of teachers, including years of study and teaching under Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC, and now leads a new generation of meditation guides in her online CNTRD Meditation Teacher and CNTRD Yoga Nidra certifications. She hosts virtual classes & workshops and offers private mentorship for both budding teachers & everyday seekers. Her book 'The Power of Guided Meditation' was released in 2021. Using techniques from the ancient science of yoga and meditation, modern-day Western medicine and evidence-based psychology and neuroscience, she facilitates the pursuit of personal health, empowerment and transformation to people worldwide who seek positive change in their lives.
