I'm Ally, Yoga Nidra educator, YTT & YNTT facilitator, and founder of Sarovara Yoga in the Kawartha Lakes of Ontario. My life's path has been one of healing from anxiety, panic attacks, and insomnia through the science of yoga and the healing power of conscious rest. I lead 200 & 300-hour teacher trainings, 75-hour Nidra teacher trainings as well as yoga, Nidra & meditation retreats in Ontario, Canada, and Nosara, Costa Rica.

It's hard coming out of a short practice, but I'm grateful to have a mini reset for busy days, or when I need just a bit more intentional rest before getting out of bed in the morning (when my cortisol seems to be at its highest).
