Fear and anxiety seem similar and people often use the terms in the same breath. However, it is important to make a distinction between them. Before you listen to this lesson, take some time to think about moments in your life when you have experienced either fear or anxiety.

To begin learning how to manage our anxieties, these 3 techniques may prove to be very useful. At the very least they will give us an indication of processes that other people have had success with. With practice, we can apply these to our own circumstances with growing effectiveness.

Mindful Awarenes
In this last lesson, we look at some useful mindfulness techniques that work to address anxiety. If we give time to these mindfulness practices they become more significant to us in our lives because we realize that they do work. From our perspective, all we need is some patience.
