Lección 1
Exploring Your Inner World
In this lesson we explore how we often give a lot of time and attention to all the central relationships in our lives. Yet, we overlook the most important one; that which you have with yourself. Here we will meditate on how we relate to ourselves and whether we are having a positive experience with ourselves?
Lección 2
The Language Of Self Talk
We are taught how to communicate with others so that we are polite, kind and supportive. But how do we talk to ourselves? Because no one else can hear how we speak to ourselves we are free to create dialogues that can be negative in nature and be hidden from others. In this lesson we investigate the ways we communicate with ourselves and the impact that can have.
Lección 3
Words Matter
The way we talk to ourselves matters and we have control over what we decide to tell ourselves. In this lesson we imagine a clean slate where we can input what we want in terms of how we would like to communicate with ourselves, the words we would like to use to better encourage and support ourselves.

Seeing Yourself Clearly
In this lesson we look at how the ways we perceive ourselves impacts the actions we take and that labels we apply to ourselves can be taken more lightly so that they we have the option to change them if required.
Lección 5
The Power Of Boundaries
We may never have utilised setting boundaries in our lives. In this lesson we take a look at how and why they are good for us even if at the start they feel uncomfortable and unfamiliar to us. We explore how and where to implement them and why.
Lección 6
How Deep Is Your Self Love?
In this lesson we explore how much we activate self love in our lives or if we are being conditional with it. Whether we are using it as a tool to with hold love until we meet a set of requirements or whether we are maintaining self love as a constant.
Lección 7
It's All An Inside Job
No one else can manage the relationship that we have with ourselves, we are the only ones that are responsible for it. We see in this lesson how we hold the power to transform the relationship that we have with ourselves from our self talk, the self perceptions we hold, the boundaries we set, and the self love we give to ourselves. We end this course with a meditation celebrating who we are.
