Mornings can often feel rushed, overwhelming, or busy before the day has even begun. This course is designed to help you start your day feeling calmer, more grounded, and more in control of the day ahead. These gentle morning practices combine grounding, breathing, nervous system regulation, and self-compassion to help reduce overwhelm and create a calmer start to the day. The lessons are short and designed to be repeated regularly. Small steps repeated daily can make a big difference over time. This course is especially helpful if you wake up feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or like your mind starts racing immediately in the morning. You can listen to these lessons in the morning before starting work, after the school run, before checking your phone, or anytime you want to reset and begin the day again. Each lesson includes gentle guidance, breathing, grounding, and simple tools you can use throughout your day whenever you start to feel overwhelmed. Today, you can begin again.

Start The Day Calm
Do you wake up feeling rushed, anxious or already thinking about everything you need to do? In this module, we explore why mornings can feel stressful and how starting the day slowly can help calm the nervous system and set a calmer tone for the rest of the day. You will be guided through gentle grounding and breathing to help you feel more steady, calm, and in control as you begin your day.

Breathing To Reset The Nervous System
When we feel anxious or overwhelmed, our breathing often becomes fast and shallow without us even realising. In this module, you will learn how breathing can be used to calm the nervous system and reduce stress and overwhelm. You will practice coherent breathing and 4-7-8 breathing, two simple techniques that can help calm the mind, slow the body, and create a more relaxed start to the day.
