Transcript

Find yourself a comfortable seated or lying position.

Allow your body to fully relax.

Allow your eyes to close.

Take a breath in.

And exhale.

As you breathe in,

Feel the air filling your body.

Filling your lungs.

And slowly exhale.

Continue to breathe deeply in and out.

As you breathe in,

Breathing in freshness and new possibilities.

And as you exhale,

Letting go of any stress,

Any worries you are holding.

With each and every breath,

Imagine your body becoming lighter and more at ease.

Bring the awareness now to the top of the head.

Noticing any sensations and allow any tension to melt away.

As you move your awareness down,

Relaxing your forehead.

Softening the eyes,

The cheeks and releasing your jaw.

Scanning down to your neck,

Shoulders,

Letting them drop and feel loose.

Awareness down each arm,

To your hand and fingers.

Releasing any tightness.

Travelling back up the arms and down through your chest,

Stomach,

To your hips,

Legs.

Down to your feet.

Take a breath in and away.

Taking a moment to feel grateful for this day.

Reflecting on the small moments that have brought you joy.

And the challenges that have helped you grow.

Breathe in appreciation for the opportunities and experiences that have shaped your day.

Giving thanks to your journey.

Breath in.

Breath in and out.

Giving thanks to your body,

Thanks to this moment.

And when you're ready,

Gently,

Slowly opening your eyes.
