In this session, I’ll share a visualisation meditation centered around the Earth's crystal. Through this meditation, we'll tap into the grounding energy of the Earth to restore balance and stability within ourselves. Additionally, we'll engage in reflective journaling exercises to deepen our understanding of our own experiences with feeling ungrounded Furthermore, I'll share with you my personal practices for finding grounding when I feel uncentered.
