In this 3-day journey, we blend educational teaching with somatic meditations to gently rewire the places where your nervous system still confuses love with danger, worth with proof, and rest with risk. You’ll learn to: – Differentiate between your adult self and your inner child, so you can lead instead of collapse – Recognize the loop of looking for proof and consciously opt out – Cultivate embodied safety that lets you rest—without waiting for permission Each day includes: – Focused teaching to reframe old survival strategies – Guided somatic practices to integrate the insight into your body – Journal prompts to meet the parts of you still hoping to be rescued Because you were never broken. Today we’ll explore how to separate the younger, fear-based parts of you from your grounded adult self – so you can stop reacting from old wounds and start responding from your present-day clarity. This is the foundation of true self-trust.

Proof Is Not Love
Today we’ll uncover how chasing love often masks a deeper need for proof—that you’re lovable, worthy, or enough. You’ll learn to release the exhausting need to be chosen and reclaim your self-worth from within.
Lección 3
I Don’t Need To Be Saved To Rest
Today we’ll uncover how waiting for reassurance or certainty keeps you stuck in survival mode. You’ll learn to stop scanning for danger and begin choosing rest – on your own terms. You'll have a somatic taste of what it feels like to truly surrender and relax in your body.
