In this 3-day course, you'll explore why reassurance never creates lasting security, why uncertainty feels so unbearable, and how many of the stories you tell yourself about your partner actually point toward parts of yourself asking to be seen and healed. Unlike traditional anxious attachment courses, this isn't just about understanding your patterns intellectually. Through guided somatic movement, body awareness, and embodied reflection, you'll learn to stay with your emotions instead of immediately reaching for reassurance, tolerate uncertainty instead of trying to control it, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you've spent a lifetime searching for in someone else. You'll leave this course with a new understanding of anxious attachment—not as a relationship problem to fix, but as an invitation to come home to the parts of yourself you've been asking someone else to hold.
