Please note that the lesson times are guidelines, and I recommend you do the evening lesson prior to sleep, the morning lesson upon awakening, and the afternoon around midway.

Please note a journal is something I really encourage, as our meditation on Saturday afternoon guides you into a journaling practice.

Friday Night Sacred Soul Self Care Sanctuary Opening Ceremony
Welcome to the opening ceremony of our Sacred Soul Sanctuary weekend!
We begin by settling into the weekend, and bringing awareness to our breath. With a sense of commitment, we declare our intentions for this transformative journey through affirmation.
To prepare ourselves fully for the weekend ahead, we will then awaken and harmonize each chakra, inviting a deep sense of balance and alignment within our energetic body.
Please note that this opening ceremony can be done at any point on the Friday evening, I would recommend after some journaling, before sleep.

Saturday Morning Sacred Soul Self Care Sanctuary
Welcome to Saturday morning of your Sacred Soul Self Care Sanctuary.
Today, we'll ignite our energy with the purifying practice of Nadi Shodana, alternate nostril breathing. This will be followed by empowering affirmations designed to infuse your day with strength, clarity, and purpose.
Please note it is recommended that you do this meditation upon awakening. Afterwards some gentle movement such as stretching, yoga or free flow dancing.

As we delve deeper into our self-care journey, we'll be exploring the transformative power of gratitude. This profound practice isn't just about feeling thankful, it's about unlocking a state of joy, abundance, and alignment with the universe's loving flow.
To fully embrace this practice, I invite you to grab a pen and paper before we begin. Once our guided meditation concludes, I will guide you into a free flowing gratitude journaling experience.
Please not this practice can be taken at any point during the afternoon.

Saturday Night Sacred Soul Self Care Sanctuary
Welcome to Saturday night's Sacred Sanctuary practice: Deep Relaxation with Yoga Nidra
For our final practice of the day, we'll be diving into Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative experience often described as yogic sleep. Before you begin please take note of the preparation guidelines.
As we move through the practice listen to my voice and be guided by my words.
To prepare:
Find a comfortable position to lie down, ideally in Savasana (corpse pose) - on your back with arms by your sides and legs relaxed, slightly apart. I recommend doing this practice from the comfort of your bed.
Create a cosy, comfortable environment. Cover yourself with blankets, duvet, and use pillows.
Please Note, the practice will end without vocal cues. Feel free to drift off to sleep as you reach a state of deep relaxation.

Welcome back to Sunday Morning of your Sacred Soul Sanctuary.
After the transformative work we've done this weekend, it's important to ground ourselves.
We'll begin with a calming 4-7-8 breathwork practice to centre ourselves, followed by a grounding mindfulness meditation to anchor us deeply in the present moment.
To further solidify this feeling, I encourage you to spend some time in nature after our practice. A simple walk or time outdoors will amplify your grounding and deepen your connection to this sacred weekend.
Please note I encourage you to do this practice upon awakening.

Therefore, we will now embark on a guided creative visualization meditation. With your intuition awakened and spirit aligned, you'll vividly envision your dreams and open yourself to the abundant possibilities the universe holds.

Welcome to the closing of your Sacred Soul Self Care Sanctuary weekend. Congratulations on reaching this milestone! Your commitment to yourself and the work you have done is incredible.
For our final evening our closing ceremony will include a powerful Metta Meditation. Metta meditation, also known as loving kindness meditation, is a practice that cultivates feelings of compassion, kindness, and well-wishing towards oneself and others. A deeply empowering way to close this sacred weekend.
