Welcome to this two minute morning meditation for positive energy throughout your day.

In just two short minutes,

You can set the tone for your entire day.

It's really amazing what a little intention and focus can do to uplift your spirit and to infuse your day with positivity.

To find a comfortable seated position,

Gently close your eyes and let's begin.

Take a deep breath in.

Fill your lungs with fresh revitalizing air.

As you exhale,

Release any tensions or stress you may be holding onto.

Feel yourself becoming more present in the moment,

Anchored into the here and now.

Now bring your attention to your heart center.

Visualize a warm,

Radiant light glowing within you,

Spreading throughout your entire being.

With each breath,

Feel this light expanding,

Filling you with love,

Joy and gratitude.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Repeat these following affirmations either silently or aloud.

I am surrounded with positive energy.

I attract abundance and opportunities into my life.

I am worthy of all the good that comes my way.

I embrace each moment with an open heart and mind.

Today is going to be a good day.

With each affirmation,

Feel your energy shifting and aligning you with positive vibrations of the universe.

Allow yourself to bask in this feeling of positivity and empowerment.

Now gently bring your awareness back to your breath,

Feeling the rhythm of your inhales and exhales.

Grounding yourself into this present moment,

Know that you will carry this positive energy with you throughout your day,

Radiating it out into all the world.

And as you open your eyes,

Take a moment to acknowledge the power of just two minutes of this mindful meditation.

You have set the intention to have a day filled with positivity,

With energy and abundance.

Carry this feeling with you as you move throughout your day.

Know that you are the creator of your own reality.
