Our energy body is always emitting a frequency. Whether we are having a good day or a bad day we will always be sending a frequency out into the world. With our busy lives and so much going on this world it is so easy to fall into a space of negativity. Spending a few minutes daily sitting in a positive energy can reap positive results. In this affirmation meditation we will radiate our energy body far & wide with positivity.

Hello and welcome to this affirmation meditation.

In this affirmation meditation we will concentrate on raising our vibration and our energy so that we are radiating out positive vibes into the world.

Never think in this world is energy and we are always vibrating an energy out.

So it can be really beneficial to spend some time each day just focusing on our own internal energy ensuring that the energy that we are giving out is the energy we wish to attract back in.

We can get so caught up in the world with so much going on it's so easy for our energy to fall to become depleted to become low.

So just a couple of moments a day can really help us to consciously elevate where we are at.

So sitting quietly allow yourself to become relaxed and just take a deep breath in.

Breathing in once more and letting everything go.

One more conscious breath breathing in and letting everything go.

Just become aware of the body start sensing into your own vibrational frequency.

You may have some feelings of tightness or anxiety within.

You may have even experienced a negative situation today already.

Just be mindful of that and just see if you can notice it anywhere on your body.

If you do just breathe into the space very gently allow yourself to let it go.

Simply whisper to yourself to that area it's okay to relax you can let it go.

Just practice some short mindfulness observing the body observing our energy frequency.

Our judgment just look internally scanning the body seeing if you can sense any areas that feel different to other areas.

This is just about us becoming the observer connecting to our inner self.

It's not about us making judgments or giving our self a hard time for feeling a certain way this is just for us to experience our inner being.

Going into the mind and body connection connecting within.

As I repeat the affirmations you can either repeat them out loudly or you can repeat them silently to yourself.

Every day I am radiating energy.

I am choosing to radiate positivity.

I radiate love.

I radiate happiness.

I radiate joy.

I radiate abundance.

I radiate and encourage a positive flow of energy through me and out into the universe.

I am radiating to all.

Keep breathing in and breathing out and on each out breath imagine your energy frequency your energy body expanding and radiating out further and further.

With each out breath the energy body is becoming bigger and bigger.

Every day I am radiating energy.

I am choosing to radiate positivity.

I radiate love.

I radiate happiness.

I radiate joy.

I radiate abundance.

I radiate and encourage a positive flow of energy through me and out into the universe.

I am radiating to all.

Just breath in expanding more and more.

Your energy becoming bigger and brighter flowing out further and further encompassing the entire universe.

Just feel into that frequency for a moment or two.

Very gently bringing your energy field back into your body coming back into the present.

Knowing that your energy is elevated and you will carry this throughout the day.
