So find a comfortable place,
Either sitting or lying down and close your eyes.
Take a few deep breaths.
Inhaling love and positivity.
Exhaling tensions and negativity.
Feel yourself grounding into the present moment allowing the Earth's supportive energy to flow through you.
As you relax,
Visualise a magnificent portal of golden light above you connecting you to the Lion's Gate's energies.
This portal is a gateway to higher dimensions and it invites you to step into limitless potential of the universe.
As I begin to channel Reiki energy call upon the divine energy of Reiki to envelope you.
Silently say yes to being open to receive the Reiki energy I am now offering you.
Imagine a sphere of healing light surrounding your entire being.
Cleansing,
Purifying and aligning you to the universal life force that is Reiki.
Feel the warm,

Just sit in stillness for a second or two,
