Over five days, Charlotte helps you notice your signal and gently tune it to the frequency of abundance so life starts meeting you with more ease. Charlotte guides you through five concise lessons that help you explore what you’re transmitting, clear the old static of limiting beliefs, embody real gratitude, connect with your future self, and create a simple daily ritual to hold that state. You’ll learn to calm your nervous system, release old patterns of lack, and open to the frequency of abundance—then keep that alignment through real-life moments. The lessons are grounded and easy to integrate: short, focused sessions for busy days, with enough depth to shift how you feel and how you show up. You’ll also get three companion meditations to support your practice: a 10-minute morning to set your tone, a 10-minute evening to wind down in gratitude, and a 2-minute tune-up you can use any time you need a quick reset.
