Welcome to this guided meditation designed to stimulate the pineal gland and open your mind for manifestation. Before we begin find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed for the next 10 minutes. Sit comfortably in a relaxed position and straighten your spine. Have your hands resting comfortably in your lap. Now close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. Let's begin. Now bring your awareness to your breath. Feel the cool air as you inhale and the warm air as you exhale. Breathe deeply and rhythmically allowing the breath to flow naturally. With each breath feel yourself becoming more relaxed and more centered. Arriving into the present moment. Arriving into the now. Imagine a warm golden light surrounding your body wrapping you in a cocoon of positive energy. This light is representing the power of the universe guiding you towards your highest potential. Feel its loving presence as it envelopes you in a sense of security and protection. Now direct your attention to the center of your forehead and the space between your eyebrows and just allow the attention to go back a couple of inches or so to where the pineal gland is located. Allow your intuition to guide you to the location where you feel the connection. Just allow your attention to gently rest there. Allow any tension to release surrounding it. Just breathe into the space and out and just allow the focus to become very soft, Very light and as you gently connect to this area visualize a vibrant indigo light radiating to this point like a beautiful glowing third eye. This light represents your intuition and inner wisdom and is ready to guide you on your journey of manifestation. As you continue to focus on this indigo light imagine it expanding and becoming more intense. Feel its energy pulsating and connecting you to higher realms of consciousness. You are opening up your mind to receive the messages and insights from the universe. Allow any thoughts or distractions to gently drift away. Come back to the breath and the sensation of the indigo light in your third eye. You are in a state of receptivity ready to manifest your desires and to bring them into this reality. Now set an intention for your manifestation. Visualize your goals and dreams as if they have already come true. Feel the emotions of joy, Gratitude and fulfillment as you see yourself living in your desired reality. Know that you have the power to manifest your dreams. Trust in this process and believe in your ability to create the life you desire. The universe is always conspiring with you to support you on your journey. Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath and the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes and when you are ready gently open your eyes. I thank you for completing this meditation and I invite you to take a moment or two to reflect on the experience you may have had and to carry the sense of receptivity and manifestation with you throughout your day. Remember you hold the key to unlocking the power within you for positive change and I invite you to come back to this meditation time and time again and to keep tuning in to the power of the pineal gland and allowing the force of it within you to become stronger and stronger.
