Sleep can be so problematic for many of us. We are leading busy lives, there is so much going on for many of us, and with our minds in overdrive constantly switching off at night can be difficult. Coupled with over stimulation from blue light from computer screens, tv’s & cell phones our mind can find itself in a whirl before bedtime. Spending some time quietly, preparing to sleep, allowing the body & mind to calm can have a significant impact on the quality of our sleep.
