Was du lernen wirst
Your nervous system is constantly scanning the environment for cues of safety or threat. Exteroception is your ability to sense and interpret what is happening outside of you through sight, sound, touch, and spatial awareness. When this system is balanced, you feel present, oriented, and grounded in your surroundings. When it is dysregulated, you may feel overstimulated, hyper-alert, distracted, or disconnected. This 3-day series is designed to strengthen exteroceptive awareness in a structured and practical way. Day 1 focuses on building foundational awareness of external sensory input without overwhelm. Day 2 focuses on intentionally orienting toward neutral and safe cues in your environment. Day 3 focuses on integrating external awareness with internal stability to build nervous system flexibility. These practices are trauma-informed, accessible, and designed to improve accuracy rather than increase sensitivity. If you struggle with overstimulation, hypervigilance, distraction, or feeling disconnected from your environment, this course will help you move from reactivity to grounded presence.
