Begin by finding a comfortable seat or standing tall with your feet grounded.
Let your shoulders roll back.
Take a deep breath in and a long gentle exhale out.
Feel the air move through you like a quiet current.
Now,
I invite you to notice your surroundings.
Light,
Sound,
Temperature and simply acknowledge I am here.
Now,
Imagine a soft light resting in the center of your chest.
Give it a color that feels like peace to you.
Gold,
Blue,
Lavender,
White.
With each inhale,
See that light expands.
With each exhale,
Let it wash away like the sound and the rush of the outside world.
I invite you to repeat silently or aloud.
I set the tone for my day.
I choose clarity over chaos and my peace influences everything I touch.
Visualize yourself moving through your morning with ease.
Making coffee,
Driving,
Working,
Speaking,
All guided by this inner calm.
Take one final deep breath and whisper a thank you and open your eyes knowing you are the calm before your day.
